About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced and forward-thinking Senior UI Designer to take end-to-end ownership of the UI for our multiple SaaS applications. We already have a solid UI foundation in place, but we're looking for someone to elevate it — aligning it seamlessly with our brand identity, implementing a professional, consistent design system, and ensuring a clean, modern user experience across all interfaces.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to standardize UI components, enhance usability, and drive pixel-perfect execution. This is a hands-on design leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, quality, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

·        Own and lead the UI design efforts across all Sky BlackBox applications.

·        Refine and align existing UIs with our brand guidelines and UX principles.

·        Design and document a scalable, reusable design system.

·        Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

·        Conduct UI audits and champion usability and accessibility improvements.

·        Ensure all interfaces are responsive, intuitive, and visually cohesive.

Required Skills & Experience

·        Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI Design (SaaS or web applications preferred).

·        A portfolio demonstrating excellence in modern UI design, systems thinking, and clean aesthetics.

·        Deep experience with Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch).

·        Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles.

·        Proficient in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and UI handoff to developers.

·        Strong eye for typography, spacing, alignment, and interaction consistency.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

·        Experience working in multi-app ecosystems or modular UI environments.

·        Experience with design for Auth0 B2B environments.

·        Familiarity with design tokens, theming, or building shared style guides.

·        Experience with agile teams or developer-focused products.

·        Understanding of UI implications in technical systems or platforms with complex data.
