We are a growing SaaS platform helping restaurants boost sales and digital presence. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive restaurant acquisition while leading our existing sales team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact startup role, 100% remote, with opportunities for growth and increased compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Sales Management:
- Manage, monitor, and coach the existing sales team to achieve targets.
- Hire, train, and, if necessary, terminate sales team members to maintain performance standards.
- Track performance metrics, pipeline, and results; provide feedback to improve outcomes.
- Motivate the team and implement processes that drive sales growth.
Direct Sales & Restaurant Acquisition:
- Identify and reach out to restaurant prospects via cold/warm calls, emails, and social media.
- Pitch our SaaS platform, educate restaurant owners, and close deals.
- Onboard new restaurant clients efficiently and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
- Collaborate with the team to align sales efforts and maximize results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in restaurant or hospitality sectors.
- Experience managing and coaching a sales team, driving measurable results.
- Strong skills in cold/warm outreach, pitching, closing deals, and onboarding clients.
- Motivated, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work independently with high-speed internet.
- Must work during PST daytime hours.
