About the Role:
We’re seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer with expertise in social media design, video editing, animation, and voice-over production—someone who can bring fresh ideas to life while leveraging AI tools to push creative boundaries. You’ll play a central role in elevating our brand’s digital presence, creating visually engaging and dynamic content that connects with audiences across platforms and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching graphics and creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital ads.
- Edit and produce videos, reels, and motion content optimized for engagement.
- Transform raw footage, stock content, and images into captivating short-form videos.
- Develop animations and motion graphics to add energy and storytelling depth.
- Record and edit voice-overs for videos, reels, and promotional content when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaign executions.
- Maintain brand alignment across all creatives—ensuring a consistent, professional look.
- Stay ahead of design, video, AI, and social media trends to keep content fresh.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in design, video, animation, and voice-over work.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or equivalents (Figma, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience using AI-powered tools (AI design generators, AI video editors, AI voice software) to speed up workflows and enhance output.
- Strong voice-over skills (clear voice, confident delivery, ability to match brand tone).
- Creative thinker with the ability to interpret direction into standout visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Availability to interview and work IST night shift.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Hands-on experience in photography or short-form video shooting.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Prior experience with ad creatives for platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Display Network.
