About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategic Marketing Lead – Global Segments to bring focus and structure to our brand and digital marketing function. You’ll play a central role in defining how we engage learners and organizations across the US and India. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on oversight, ensuring that our marketing systems, messaging, and performance are aligned to support growth across all business lines.
You’ll collaborate closely with an India-based marketing executive and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned, high-quality, and performance-driven.
What You’ll Own
- Define and evolve brand voice across B2C and B2B segments
- Develop clear messaging guidelines tailored to consumer, enterprise, and government audiences in different regions
- Provide content oversight and mentorship to the India-based marketing executive
- Manage tools like Loomly for campaign planning, and create efficient review workflows
- Use website analytics to improve user journeys, conversion rates, and messaging clarity
- Align marketing efforts with sales funnels and CRM workflows
- Evaluate and optimize SEO, and run A/B tests in collaboration with product and tech teams
- Document scalable systems, including content QA checklists and marketing playbooks
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, or performance marketing
- Strong storytelling and audience segmentation skills across regions and sectors
- Experience working with or managing marketing operations and ad tools (e.g., Loomly, Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and SEO dashboards)
- Confident communicator with excellent feedback and review capabilities
- Ability to work across time zones and manage cross-functional marketing efforts
- Bonus: Experience in EdTech, online learning platforms, or purpose-driven growth brands
