Skillsoft is scaling its global marketing engine, and we’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our APAC regional efforts from Australia. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You’ll serve as the voice of the APAC field to global marketing, ensuring regional nuances are embedded in global campaigns. You’ll localize global strategy into regionally resonant execution, driving pipeline growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
· Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with APAC sales goals and global marketing strategy.
· Localized Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel campaigns (events, webinars, ABM, digital) tailored to APAC buyer behaviors and cultural preferences.
· Sales Partnership: Enable regional sales teams with localized content, tools, and programs that accelerate pipeline and conversion.
· Event Leadership: Own execution of regional events (virtual and in-person), including industry conferences, customer roundtables, and partner activations.
· Performance Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to iterate and improve.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and regional relevance.
·This role requires the resource to be based out of the specified location to have familiarity with local nuances, and meet Customers/Prospects as required.
Qualifications
· 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in field/regional marketing across APAC.
· Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, buyer personas, and cultural nuances.
· Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
· Strong project management and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel across the APAC region (~25%).
· SaaS or enterprise tech experience preferred.
· Familiarity with ABM and digital-first campaign strategies.
· Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
