About the Role: Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute Data Quality tasks using ObservePoint.
Own the Data Quality tool (ObservePoint) and drive efficiency improvements.
Review and validate data tags (300-400 tags) ensuring accuracy. Respond to and resolve data-related issues daily.
Improve the accuracy of data capture by building out audits, journeys, rules, alerts, and notifications in ObservePoint.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes. Proactively escalate tool performance issues to vendors for improvements.
Access raw data via APIs and integrate it with visualization tools.
Work with tag management systems (Tealium, Google Tag Manager, etc.) to optimize tracking implementations.
Enforce data governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Analytics, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business analysis or web analytics.
Strong expertise in Data Quality Management using ObservePoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
Experience with tag management systems (Tealium, Signal, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
JavaScript and HTML experience required.
Familiarity with pixel implementation, APIs, and Webhooks is preferred.
Experience with React and NodeJS is preferred.
Experience with data management and visualization tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to enforce data governance policies and communicate compliance implications.
