šŸ“Œ Location: "relaxed remote" - In or out the office (Minimum 6-8 days per year)

šŸ“Œ Salary: Ā£50,000 - Ā£55,000 + up to 9% bonus

An award-winning (Deloitte Fast 50) EdTech scale-up is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their high-growth team.

But before we dive in, here's the good stuff:

🌓 Unlimited holiday policy (staff average 30 days) with an extended Christmas break (14 days)

šŸ’» Remote working – Minimum once a quarter in office, flexible with hours & home setup

šŸŽ§ Brand new MacBook, AirPods, notebook, water bottle - full WFH setup

šŸ„ Private Healthcare for all UK residents

šŸ’Ŗ Wellhub - free access to nationwide gyms (Everlast, Anytime, Nuffield) plus apps (Strava, Headspace, MyFitnessPal)

šŸ’· Ā£250/year WFH reimbursement for WiFi, heating, etc.

šŸš€ High-growth culture with real progression opportunities

Who are they?

They're an award-winning EdTech platform changing how students apply to university - making it easier, smarter, and more personal. Their platform generates 14m+ annual page views and helps 1 in 4 UK students find a course at their chosen university. They work with around 75% of all major institutions and are now expanding with multiple products.

Their culture is everything: collaborative, inclusive, and built around trust and flexibility. You'll be part of a team that celebrates progress, values impact over hierarchy, and promotes from within. They've grown fast and they're only getting started.

And who do they need?

They're looking for a Product Manager who likes getting stuff done, not just planning it. This is a role built around execution - you'll have plenty of input into strategy and your ideas will be heard, but the final roadmap calls sit with the Product Lead, so you're not juggling big-picture direction on top of everything else. What you will own is the day-to-day: writing clear tickets and requirements, supporting QA, pulling requirements together from different stakeholders, and making sure releases actually go out on time.

Alongside that, you'll dip into GA4 to keep an eye on the funnel and flag where users are dropping off, feeding that back into the team's priorities. Roughly speaking, expect the split to be 75-80% doing and 20-25% deciding - you'll have real autonomy over the meatier day-to-day calls (funnel data, ticket priorities, how the team works), and a voice in the wider strategy conversations, but the biggest roadmap decisions stay with leadership. There are no direct reports, so this suits someone who wants to stay close to the product rather than move into managing people.

So, if you have:

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a high-growth digital or startup environment
  • A track record of taking product initiatives from spec through to shipped feature, not just planning them
  • Comfortable writing detailed requirements and coordinating closely with engineering and QA on releases
  • Comfortable using GA4 (or similar, e.g. Adobe Analytics, MixPanel) day-to-day to track funnel performance and spot where users are dropping off
  • Enjoys the day-to-day craft of product management - tickets, QA, requirements, funnel work - rather than wanting to move away from it
  • Comfortable taking ownership of complex operational decisions while leaving roadmap strategy to others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
  • Then they'd love to speak with you - and so would we!

Then they'd love to speak with you - and so would we!

Experience comes in many forms, and passion goes a long way. If your background is close to what they're looking for, please consider applying even if you can't check every box.

Send your CV and we can set up a call to talk around the opportunity in more detail.
