With rapid global expansion and new projects launching, we're seeking a strategic, creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer ecosystem. You'll scout, build, and activate authentic partnerships with lifestyle, travel, luxury living, real estate, and HNWI-focused influencers to amplify brand awareness, generate qualified leads, showcase paradise living, and drive high-value inquiries and conversions through compelling, aspirational content.

The Role

High-impact, hands-on opportunity (remote/hybrid preferred, with potential base in Bangkok, Bali, Phuket, or Koh Samui). Report directly to the Head of Marketing. Own influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging visual platforms—focusing on long-term collaborations, co-created content, paid activations, and performance tracking to position SKHAI as the premier choice for luxury villa investments in dream locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategy: Scout, vet, and cultivate long-term partnerships with micro, mid-tier, and select macro influencers in luxury travel, lifestyle, real estate investment, wellness, and HNWI circles.
• Lead full-cycle influencer campaigns: Create detailed briefs, negotiate contracts/terms (gifting, paid stays, ambassador programs, affiliate models), approve content, launch activations (e.g., villa stays, on-site experiences, investor testimonials, virtual tours, construction reveals), and manage ongoing relationships.
• Co-produce aspirational content via influencers: Oversee creation of high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), long-form YouTube vlogs, Stories, drone footage, lifestyle shoots (infinity pools, sea views, ultra-modern interiors, handover moments), trend-aligned posts, and user-generated content highlighting Phuket, Koh Samui, Bali, Mykonos, and Ibiza vibes.
• Manage paid and organic influencer activations: Run sponsored collaborations, boosted posts, referral/affiliate tracking, retargeting integrations, and conversion campaigns emphasizing investment ROI, rental yields, and lifestyle appeal—targeting HNWIs in Asia, Europe, Middle East, and beyond.
• Build and maintain influencer database & calendar: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, development) and external creators, photographers, videographers for site access, assets, and seamless project tie-ins.
• Handle relationship management: Provide creative direction/feedback, ensure brand alignment and disclosure compliance, encourage reposts from villa owners/influencers, monitor mentions, and nurture community through authentic engagement.
• Measure and optimize performance: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, impressions, leads generated, CPA, ROI, cost-per-lead) using tools like platform analytics, affiliate trackers, Google Analytics (UTM), and reporting dashboards; run A/B tests on briefs, creator types, targeting, and formats; deliver monthly insights, recommendations, and scalable growth plans to leadership.
• Stay ahead of trends: Monitor evolving influencer landscape (e.g., Gen Z shared luxury preferences, performance-focused micro-influencers, IRL event integrations, longer-term storytelling partnerships), platform algorithms, and luxury real estate influencer best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years as Influencer Marketing Manager, specialist, or equivalent—ideally in luxury brands, real estate, hospitality, travel, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record executing influencer campaigns for premium brands, with measurable results in leads, inquiries, sales conversions, or engagement growth (portfolio of collaborations required, especially luxury/travel/real estate).
• Strong existing network and hands-on experience scouting/negotiating with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube; familiarity with platforms like GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar (bonus: Meta/TikTok Ads for amplified campaigns).
• Creative vision for luxury aesthetics: Skilled at briefing/directing visually stunning, aspirational content that captures paradise luxury, investment appeal, and emotional storytelling.
• Deep understanding of HNWI buyer journeys, real estate messaging (yields, ROI, fractional/shared models, wellness-focused living), and optimizing influencer partnerships for conversions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and written skills for contracts, briefs, feedback; fluent English (Thai, Chinese, Russian, or other regional languages advantageous for targeted outreach).
• Self-motivated in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings; comfortable with remote/hybrid work and occasional travel to breathtaking project sites.
• Portfolio essential: Showcase successful campaigns, creator partnerships, content examples, and metrics (e.g., engagement rates, leads/ROI generated, audience quality).
