This job description is for the position of Motion Graphics Producer who will create engaging educational screen capture and motion graphics videos from start to finish for one of Aditi Consulting’s clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong instructional design foundation, deep expertise in animation and editing tools, and the ability to translate complex topics into visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, accurate, and engaging motion graphics and screencast videos from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with writers to refine scripts and ensure videos match the brand’s voice, tone, and learning objectives.
• Set up builds and capture complex workflows on screen to illustrate software functionality.
• Design and integrate motion graphics and supplementary visuals that simplify technical concepts.
• Create short, impactful how-to videos addressing key customer pain points and driving product adoption.
• Manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of video content.
• Maintain high visual and instructional consistency across all deliverables.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience producing how-to or instructional videos, preferably in a technical support or documentation environment.
• Advanced skills in TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• InDesign
• Strong visual storytelling and motion design skills with the ability to explain complex topics visually.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related technical field.
