This role is for a Graphic Designer who specializes in illustration to create engaging in-product visuals that make complex features understandable at a glance. You will work collaboratively with UX, content, and visual design teams to produce custom illustrations that align with brand guidelines and simplify user experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys end-to-end ownership of the creative process, from concept to final execution, and thrives in highly collaborative, feedback-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, on-brand in-app illustrations to explain features and use cases.
• Translate complex ideas and technical workflows into simple, clear visuals.
• Own the full design process — from initial concept sketches through final polished assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, content strategy, and visual design.
• Ensure all visuals align with established product goals and brand standards.
• Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly and thoughtfully in a team setting.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior-level graphic designer specializing in illustration.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator; fluency in Figma.
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for craft, consistency, and visual clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
