MARKETING MANAGER

ROLE SUMMARY

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for SIZE’s content creation efforts across various channels (email, social, website, blog), developing and executing a paid media (LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, etc.) strategy, continuously updating our websites, coordinating local events across the US, working with our team of consultants on marketing materials, internal events, collaboration & more. This role reports directly to the Founder of SIZE.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

● Help drive SIZE’s marketing efforts including content creation (email, paid media, organic social), in-person events, pitch decks, case studies, client testimonials, newsletters, websites, and more

● Develop and execute a paid media (LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, etc.) strategy to drive new leads for SIZE and its team of consultants

● Partner with our SIZE founders to coordinate quarterly in-person events across the US

● Partner with our SIZE consultants to understand capacity, cross-selling opportunities, and new business

● Partner with our SIZE consultants to provide them with relevant marketing and content materials

● Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks, as necessary

● The role can be fully remote but will require the successful candidate to work on PST hours

TIME COMITTMENT

● This role will start as part-time with the ability to transition into a full-time position

YOU BRING

● 5-7 years experience in marketing, creative, paid media, events

● Must have robust experience in content creation tools such as photoshop, illustrator, Figma

● Must have robust experience in executing digital paid media (LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, etc.) campaigns

● Must have robust experience in creating and updating websites via platforms like Wix.com

● A scrappy team player attitude – you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

● Ability to take direction from multiple people and prioritize to ensure all required tasks are completed on a timely basis

● Creative and innovative thinker with a strategic mindset

● Ability to deal with ambiguity; can bring structure and focus to complex questions
