Join Our Team: Data Scientist – NLP, AI & LLMs

Experience: 3–7 years | Type: Full-time | Location: Remote (India)

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on building NLP models, working with large datasets, and creating intelligent, LLM-powered applications. If you enjoy experimenting at the intersection of machine learning and language, and want your models to drive real-world decisions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•            Build and scale NLP models across diverse data sources (social, reviews, location, etc.)

•            Segment users using unsupervised learning and embeddings

•            Design and deploy custom indices for various business contexts

•            Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding pipelines

•            Power interactive tools and agents using LLMs and RAG (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)

•            Collaborate closely with data engineers and developers; be familiar with dashboard integration

You’re a great fit if you:

•            Have strong Python skills with hands-on ML experience (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)

•            Are comfortable with cloud ML platforms and both SQL/NoSQL databases

•            Have explored generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering

•            Can think modularly and optimize for scale, performance, and deployment
