The Global Digital & Technology team plays a central role in this transformation—shaping strategy, managing project portfolios, driving adoption, and delivering business value.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of finance technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value.
• Build trusted relationships with finance leadership, ensuring digital initiatives support business priorities.
• Lead the adoption and optimization of SAP S/4HANA, integrating surrounding technologies to enhance financial processes.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital finance initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with global digital, IT, and business teams to drive seamless execution of transformation programs.
• Bring external trends and best practices into the organization to optimize finance operations and future-proof digital capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an international, high-performing team to drive successful digital execution.

Your Background & Expertise

• 10+ years in technology leadership, preferably in Finance and manufacturing.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation, ERP (SAP S4 Hana - must ), and IT operations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and promote collaboration.
• Language: English
