Middle Web Designer

Your Role: Middle Web Designer

• You’ll act as the Deputy to the Head of Design.
• Develop design concepts for brands.
• Participate in the creation of weekly task plans for designers, verify their work, and manage task deadlines (the attached affiliate).
• Craft designs for various project needs, including site layouts, email templates, and landing pages.
• Keep source files up to date with the latest versions and ensure smooth file management.
• Create compelling visual materials to support company needs.
• Bring designs to life with animation content, including banners and landing pages.
• Provide ongoing support for materials during the front-end development phase.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a 4+ years of experience in design field or related.
• Is familiar with UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI (Midjourney, etc.).
• Is a collaborative team player with strong time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Communicates clearly, thrives on teamwork, and actively seeks out learning opportunities.

Nice to have:

• Animation skills would be a plus (Adobe After Effects, different AI tools..).
• A creative portfolio showcasing your ability to craft engaging digital designs.
• Desire to learn new techniques and love to share knowledge.
