Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using Apollo and Lemlist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle campaign management – from strategy and setup to execution, lead tracking, and performance optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to generate results through structured, highly targeted outbound and inbound email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Apollo and Lemlist.
- Build and segment targeted prospect lists.
- Write or edit compelling, conversion-focused email sequences.
- Manage personalization at scale (text and custom images if needed).
- Handle warm-up, domain health management, and technical configurations for best deliverability.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs including open rates, click rates, response rates, meetings booked, and closed sales.
- Coordinate closely with sales and account teams to ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status inside CRM systems.
- Continuously A/B test subject lines, email copy, sending times, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Monitor deliverability metrics and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Stay updated on best practices, new tools, and compliance guidelines (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience running outbound and inbound email campaigns via Apollo and Lemlist.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and online purchasing behaviors.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for persuasive messaging.
- Proven ability to manage the A to Z of campaigns independently (planning, building, sending, tracking, optimizing).
- Technical knowledge of email deliverability, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email warm-up techniques.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing pipeline stages.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable interpreting reports and making strategic decisions based on insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing services, or digital products industries.
- Familiarity with additional outbound tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Woodpecker, Mailshake).
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and multichannel sequences.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and email marketing regulations for international markets.
