Product Tech Lead

Type: Full-time / Contract Position (B2B)

Location: Remote — Mexico / Latin America, with working hours overlapping US Pacific time (Central-time-based).

We are standing up a small, senior productization team to turn the OmegaClaw agent ecosystem into shippable products — initially the Tyrian4 AI cybersecurity platform, OmegaClaw CS (agent-orchestration "chief of staff"), and OmegaPlex. The pod sits on top of SingularityNET's existing AI and systems engineering (Atomspace/Hyperon stack, agent runtime, cloud infrastructure) and is responsible for the product layer above it: orchestration, reliability, the customer-facing surface, and the commercial readiness of the work.

The pod has three people: a Product Lead (onsite, Seattle), a Product Tech Lead (remote, Mexico/LatAM), and a Product Engineer (remote, Mexico/LatAm). It coordinates closely with SingularityNET engineering, the iCog development team, and the commercial/AIFI side.

About The Role

The Product Tech Lead owns the technical reality of turning OmegaClaw's agent capabilities into products that ship and behave. Where the Product Lead faces outward, this role faces inward and downward into the stack: what is actually buildable on top of SingularityNET's backend, where the integration seams are, and — most critically — how to make multi-agent systems reliable and predictable enough to stand behind commercially. This is a hands-on senior engineering role with architectural ownership, anchored in applied AI / agent systems rather than generic backend.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the agent/orchestration layer for the OmegaClaw products: composition, coordination, and the engineering that makes agent fleets behave deterministically enough to sell.
• Build and own the evaluation, telemetry, and reliability harness that distinguishes "impressive demo" from "product a design partner can integrate."
• For Tyrian4 specifically, own the technical implementation of the red/blue/purple assessment loop and its supporting agents to a standard you can stand behind.
• Define the integration seam between SingularityNET's research/backend stack and the shippable product, and make the build-vs-reuse calls.
• Serve as the technical counterpart in defining interface contracts with SingularityNET engineering, so the boundaries the Product Lead maintains are ones engineering has agreed are real.
• Set technical direction for the Product Engineer and any contributing development capacity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need the following qualifications and qualities:

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of software engineering with strong recent depth in applied AI / LLM / agent systems.
• Demonstrated experience making agent or ML systems reliable in production — evaluation, orchestration, reducing nondeterminism — not just prototyping.
• Architectural judgment: able to own a system end-to-end, take an ambiguous brief and ship without hand-holding, and reason about tradeoffs.
• Fluent technical English and the communication skills to be the technical anchor in cross-org discussions.
• Based in Mexico/LatAM with reliable working-hour overlap with US Pacific time.

Strong plus

• Prior work adjacent to the OmegaClaw / OpenClaw ecosystem or comparable multi-agent frameworks.
• Product sense — instinct for what's worth building and what "good enough to ship" means. (Where this is lighter, the role partners closely with the Product Lead, who carries product translation.)
• Cybersecurity domain experience.
• Familiarity with neural-symbolic / Hyperon-style architectures.
