About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, who has expertise in developing and managing Sales & Marketing Funnel. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategizing, executing, and optimizing lead generation and conversion funnels. This is a freelance / project-based role with a monthly retainership model, extendable based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Funnel Development & Management
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for high-intent lead generation.
- Implement retargeting campaigns for nurturing warm leads and increasing conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Implement CRM & lead scoring systems (HubSpot, Brevo, or similar) to track and manage sales-ready leads.
- Analyze sales funnel performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, Lead-to-Customer Rate) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
2. Marketing Funnel Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute content-driven lead nurturing strategies using SEO, blog content, LinkedIn thought leadership, and YouTube.
- Launch and optimize lead magnets (eBooks, case studies, webinars) to generate organic leads.
- Automate email sequences and lead nurturing workflows to engage and educate prospects.
- Manage community engagement efforts (LinkedIn groups, Quora, Reddit) to enhance brand credibility.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences to maximize conversions.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights) to track and report on funnel performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports & strategy adjustments to improve ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, or funnel optimization with a proven track record.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Strong understanding, preferably hands-on experience, of SEO, content marketing, and organic lead generation.
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of Content Creatives (Static/Dynamic), Landing Page development and optimization, and Content Creation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide data-driven insights.
Compensation & Engagement Model
- Retainer Model: Fixed monthly fee (negotiable based on experience and results).
- Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on performance).
