Senior Product Designer | SIND（Caretomo）

At SIND, we are building Caretomo, an AI-powered clinical documentation platform that helps nurses and doctors in Japan spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients.

Caretomo combines real-time speech recognition, clinical summarization, and structured note generation, and is designed to fit directly into hospital workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the product experience for clinicians, hospital teams, and internal users.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own UX/UI design across Caretomo’s core product workflows. You will work closely with product, engineering, AI, and clinical team members to turn complex healthcare workflows into simple, reliable, and intuitive product experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly in both English and Japanese, and design products that are used in real clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own UX/UI design for core Caretomo product workflows
• Translate clinical documentation workflows into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design interfaces for AI-assisted note generation, review, editing, and structured documentation
• Create prototypes and product designs in Figma
• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Conduct user interviews and feedback sessions with clinicians and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain a practical design system for fast product iteration
• Support product requirement definition, user flows, and acceptance criteria
• Provide design QA and improve shipped product quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design, UX/UI design, or digital product design experience
• Strong experience designing SaaS, B2B, workflow, or operational products
• Strong Figma skills, including components, prototypes, and design systems
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear user experiences
• Strong product thinking and attention to detail
• Fluent English and Japanese communication
• Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team
• Able to work closely with Japan time zone

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, medtech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries
• Experience designing AI-powered products or workflow automation tools
• Experience working closely with engineers and shipping production UI
• Experience with user research or service design

Contract / Compensation

• Contract role / 業務委託
• Full-time commitment preferred
• Full-time employment may be discussed depending on fit
• Compensation: around ¥700,000 – ¥850,000 / month, depending on experience
• Stock options may be discussed depending on role and commitment

ポジション概要

本ポジションでは、Caretomoの主要なプロダクト体験におけるUX/UI設計を担っていただきます。

プロダクト、エンジニアリング、AI、医療現場のメンバーと連携し、複雑な医療ワークフローを、使いやすく信頼できるプロダクト体験に落とし込む役割です。

英語・日本語の両方で円滑にコミュニケーションでき、実際の医療現場で使われるプロダクトを丁寧に設計できる方を求めています。

業務内容

• Caretomoの主要プロダクトにおけるUX/UI設計
• 医療記録業務のワークフロー整理、ユーザーフロー設計、画面設計
• AIによる記録作成、レビュー、編集、構造化記録に関するUI設計
• Figmaを用いたワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプ、高精度デザインの作成
• エンジニアと連携した実装品質の担保
• 医療現場や社内メンバーへのヒアリング、フィードバック収集
• スピード感ある開発を支える実用的なデザインシステムの構築・運用
• プロダクト要件、ユーザーフロー、受け入れ条件の整理
• リリース前後のUIレビュー、デザインQA

必須条件

• プロダクトデザイン、UX/UIデザイン、またはデジタルプロダクト設計の経験5年以上
• SaaS、B2B、業務システム、オペレーション系プロダクトのデザイン経験
• Figmaを用いたコンポーネント設計、プロトタイピング、デザインシステムの経験
• 複雑な業務フローをわかりやすいユーザー体験に落とし込めること
• ユーザー価値、事業要件、技術制約のバランスを取れるプロダクト思考
• 英語・日本語の両方で流暢にコミュニケーションできること
• リモートかつグローバルなチーム環境で働けること
• 日本時間で密に稼働できること

• 医療、メドテック、エンタープライズSaaS、規制業界でのデザイン経験
• AIプロダクト、業務自動化プロダクトのデザイン経験
• エンジニアと密に連携し、実際にプロダクトをリリースした経験

• 業務委託を基本とします

• 報酬：月額70万円〜85万円程度
