We're now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a particular focus on Meta ad creatives & email marketing design using Klaviyo. What makes this role different is how we produce that work. We have rebuilt our creative process around AI tooling, and it is now the daily workflow rather than an experiment. If you are already designing this way, you will have a lot of room to run here.

You'll get to see REAL RESULTS from your design work. Your emails & ad creatives will be key in helping our clients hit & exceed their revenue goals.

Who Are You:

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.

You will directly contribute to our holistic direct response marketing strategy, creating:

• Emails (campaigns & flows) in Klaviyo for our ecommerce clients.

• Conversion-focused graphic designs, produced with AI tools as your first draft engine & finished to a standard you're happy to put your name on.

• Designs that are crafted specifically for the latest formats & platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok)

• Designs that align with our direct response copywriting, ad campaigns & client branding guidelines.

You will need to:

• Have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or eCommerce setting

• Have hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Claude Design. This is the heart of the role, so we will ask you what you have made with it & how you prompted it.

• Be comfortable in Figma & Canva, which are our working tools day to day

• Have experience in the email design platform Klaviyo (for eCommerce). This role is ads & email, so it matters as much as the design work.

• Have a strong portfolio of advertising & email design work

• Be able to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities (from your own home or office)

• Have a strong attention to detail

• Be open to feedback

• Develop a good understanding of the brand/visual assets and personality of each client's brand.

• Have fast internet.

Experience in the below is an advantage, but not required..

• Klaviyo dynamic product feeds.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing for short & long form video (Reels, YT Shorts, YT long form etc) is a major plus.
• Other AI image or video tools.
• Using landing page builders such as Unbounce, Go High Level (GHL) or Hubspot.

What Each Day May Bring:

Working closely with our marketing team to conceptualise, design & build ad creatives.

Communicating with our team of media buyers to ensure designs align with our clients' brand values.

Creating ad creatives for various ad platforms including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

Collaborating with copywriters to create cohesive designs and messaging. Ensuring designs are consistent across platforms, for all clients (following brand guidelines)

Maintaining & organising digital files within our client folders.

Attending internal meetings around client performance, to optimise designs for conversions.

Leading design initiatives and applying your knowledge of recent design trends & AI tooling to your work to come up with new layouts & designs for clients to drive results.
