Simplified Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency that partners with technical industries including manufacturing, energy, and industrial services. We help clients reach their goals with straightforward, effective marketing strategies and high-quality visuals. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, starting part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a part-time Graphic Designer to create impactful marketing materials, from flyers and brochures to social media graphics and digital assets. This role is primarily focused on graphic design. Knowledge of web design (WordPress, Elementor, Figma, etc.) is not required but will be considered a strong plus.

This is a part-time role (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST) with a clear path to becoming a full-time team member as we expand.

Responsibilities

Design print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and business cards
Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and online marketing
Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all design work
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine designs and meet deadlines
Organize and manage design files and templates for ongoing use

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio of print and digital work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Canva
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team
Availability during scheduled hours (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST)
Experience designing for trade shows or large-format print

Preferred Skills (a plus, not required)

Familiarity with WordPress and website builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Wix)
Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Trello
