Multimedia Designer

Simpalm is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer with experience creating engaging videos, animations, and social media content. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, understands visual branding for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, and has experience working with US/EU clients. You'll need a strong portfolio. Experience in the CNC or manufacturing domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging video content, motion graphics, and animations for various digital and social media platforms.
• Create eye-catching visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube pages aligned with branding guidelines.
• Develop design assets including banners, thumbnails, reels, shorts, and promotional clips.
• Ensure all content follows platform-specific visual branding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to meet campaign goals.
• Maintain and update visual content libraries and portfolios.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies in multimedia and social platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in multimedia design and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Canva for quick-turnaround designs.
• Strong understanding of visual branding, typography, and social media aesthetic trends.
• Proven experience developing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating high-quality video, animation, and social media visuals (must be submitted with application).
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with international clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in interacting with international clients (primarily US/EU-based).
• Familiarity with the CNC machinery or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
