Core Responsibilities:
Digital Media Buying:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, with a focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Google) and programmatic display ads. Bonus points for experience with LinkedIn Ads.
Email Marketing:
Build, segment, and deploy email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo. You don’t need to be a full-on marketing automation specialist, but you should be comfortable setting up campaigns, managing lists, and analyzing results.
Website Content Management:
Update and manage website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms. No need to code from scratch, but basic knowledge of web formatting and page structure is important.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track performance, interpret marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights.
