Simon-Kucher is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support integrated marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership programs across the Americas. This role partners closely with consultants, sector leaders, and global marketing teams to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience managing multi-channel B2B campaigns, public relations initiatives, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will help execute regional marketing strategies, support thought leadership development, and help strengthen Simon-Kucher’s brand presence across the Americas.

Your Profile
Total compensation for this role includes a base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $110,000 per year for US roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
