Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product-led growth, influencer/creator marketing, and performance strategy. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that turn awareness into activation: driving signups, trials, and long-term user engagement for our SaaS product. The team operates in a very fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly as the product evolves. We’re looking for someone adaptable and comfortable navigating changes as the company continues to grow.
Salary: $3,000 to $3,200 (commensurate with experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our SaaS product.
- Lead product-led growth initiatives focused on increasing inbound signups, user activation, and retention.
- Develop and manage influencer and creator-led campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels that turn website visitors and content viewers into signups or trial users.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging, storytelling, and performance goals.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance; use data to inform ongoing experimentation and iteration.
- Balance brand storytelling with measurable lead generation and performance outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows, enhance personalization, and scale campaigns.
- Identify underperforming channels or campaigns, troubleshoot performance issues, and apply learnings to future strategies.
Requirements:
- Resume in English.
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) for professional communication.
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or product-led marketing (preferably for SaaS).
- Proven experience running influencer or creator-driven campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, Notion, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Experience designing conversion-oriented landing pages and optimizing user journeys.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience using AI assistants and automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with data-driven performance goals.
