Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Designer, reporting to our Director of Creative Services. In this role, you will conceptualise, develop, and execute compelling designs that align with brand strategies and campaign goals. Responsibilities include creating high-quality visual assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as strategy and copywriting, and ensuring the delivery of innovative design solutions. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and bring that innovation into your role. You will be expected to present your ideas to clients and prospects with passion, insight and care. At Silver we love to partner with our clients and get under the skin of the what and the why and translate that into commercially winning creative ideas.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong conceptual thinking and expertise in branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Translate briefs into compelling, insight-led design
• Experience with creating designs for both digital and print media
• Collaborative mindset you will work well in cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and technology teams
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts and collaborating with team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a design or creative agency role within B2B.
• Excellence in work, high creative detail and quality
• Stay up to date of trends, tools and AI Innovation
