About the Role
We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager who can build and execute the marketing engine behind Silenium’s growth.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage agencies or coordinate projects—you’ll be creating content, launching campaigns, building our brand, generating demand, and helping establish Silenium as a thought leader in AI-powered sales.
You’ll work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over our marketing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute Silenium’s overall marketing strategy
Own demand generation across multiple channels
Build and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns
Create compelling content including articles, case studies, customer stories, videos, graphics, and thought leadership
Grow Silenium’s brand awareness and market presence
Develop campaigns supporting product launches and new features
Manage website content and optimization
Create email marketing campaigns and nurture programs
Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and conference marketing
Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns using data
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to improve lead quality and customer engagement
Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and AI technologies

Qualifications
5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience
Experience building marketing programs for high-growth companies
Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline creation
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and social media strategy
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is highly preferred
