Whom we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for events and brand initiatives
• Align marketing efforts with overall business and event objectives
• Lead SEO strategy and optimization to improve search rankings and website traffic
• Manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
• Oversee content and growth strategies across social media channels
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and campaign dashboards
• Generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, ROI, and digital performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Events, Creative, and Sales to ensure message alignment
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed
• Mentor junior marketing team members as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the events, media, or experiential industry
• Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, paid social, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and other campaign tracking tools
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams or vendors
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
