We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can translate user needs into functional, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing solutions - in both web and mobile applications.

Your tasks

Responsibility for the web application design process taking into account a wide range of user experience factors
Identify and analyze business requirements and end-user needs
Developing scenarios and flows, prototyping
Designing information architecture, interactions and interfaces of web applications
Conducting usability tests, optimizing existing applications
Collaborating with analysts, business client and other technical teams

Requirements

Min. 3 years of commercial experience in designing web and mobile solutions
Knowledge of tools that support the design process, including: Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
Experience in graphic design of mockups, strategy development, prototyping
Knowledge of UCD (User-Centered Design) methodology, usability and accessibility issues and graphic design basics
Knowledge in the area of customer journey and customer life cycle
Ability to work in an Agile, SCRUM environment
Good knowledge of English
Fluency in Polish required
Residency in Poland required
