Senior ServiceNow Developer with CSM/FSO/App Engine (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team working on a long-term project in the insurance sector. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing solutions built on ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and App Engine, while supporting multiple business workstreams and system integrations. This remote position allows you to collaborate with a talented team while contributing to the successful delivery of automated workflows and stable production environments. Your tasks

• Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow CSM, FSO, and App Engine modules
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer
• Develop platform components including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workspaces, and Dashboards
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Spokes, and middleware technologies
• Connect ServiceNow with cloud platforms and external systems, including Azure and AWS
• Implement automation solutions, data synchronization, and orchestration processes across platforms
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing while resolving identified defects
• Support deployments, CI/CD activities, environment migrations, and post-production issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Hands-on experience with App Engine and building workflows using Flow Designer
• Practical knowledge of integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience in unit, system, and integration testing
• Proficiency in managing deployment processes and CI/CD practices
• Advanced level of English
