Your tasks

• Development of components using object-oriented programming, following good coding practices, and extensive component testing
• Participate in the full lifecycle of forecasting application development: from data preparation, through modeling, evaluation, to maintenance
• Working with AI tools and their practical application in user segmentation
• Creating AI agent architectures and their implementation in enterprise environments
• Analysing and behavioural modelling for user profiling
• Optimizing and evaluating model quality

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience using Python for machine learning solutions development
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (supervised learning, hybrid models, train/test data sets, overfitting, model evaluation, etc.)
• Knowledge of time series analysis concepts
• Experience in implementing Grafana and Enterprise Search (Sinequa), including architectural review of requirements, POC for production deployment
• Ability to design and deploy E2E monitoring solutions in live environments with multiple integrated systems
• Familiarity with protocols and methods for collecting metrics, logs, and traces
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
