They are seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to help architect and build shared data infrastructure using Apache Spark, Databricks, and cloud-native technologies. This engineer will work across petabyte-scale datasets and contribute to the foundation of advanced data products used across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Architect, design, and develop the company’s core data platform and supporting systems used by engineers, data scientists, and analysts
Manage and process massive datasets using Apache Spark and Databricks, primarily in Scala
Drive quality, scalability, and maintainability across systems and codebases

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5+ years of professional experience building software solutions
Deep expertise in data modeling, engineering, and management at scale
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Scala
Track record of leading data platform projects with cross-functional teams

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have):

Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., RWD) or AdTech
Familiarity with Python, DevOps tooling, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS)
Experience with API development or building web applications
