Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and enhance our online presence. This hands-on role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to help grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC, social media ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, and social media content.
- Design engaging visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Develop and manage the content calendar to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and tone.
General Marketing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute marketing strategies.
- Implement B2B marketing strategies tailored to target audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Support lead generation through optimized landing pages and email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong written and visual content creation skills.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
