We're on the hunt for a Content Marketing Manager who's bursting with creativity and energy! As a key player on our team, you'll help shape and execute content strategies that catapult Sightly to new heights in the B2B marketing world. Your mission? Craft captivating content for a range of channels, from our website and email campaigns to sales collateral, press releases, and in-depth white papers. What you will be focused on:

Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to support Sightly's marketing goals and campaigns.
Write engaging and on-brand copy for the Sightly website, email campaigns, sales collateral, press releases, and white papers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align content with overall business objectives.
Translate complex concepts and insights from the Brand Mentality platform into accessible, impactful messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging topics to produce timely, relevant, and thought-provoking content.
Partner with external agencies and stakeholders as needed to execute content projects.
Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure measurable success.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B technology or marketing industry.
Proven ability to create high-quality content for diverse formats, including web copy, email, and long-form documents.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with bonus points for knowledge of the advertising and media agency landscape.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to optimizing content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation, creativity, and storytelling.
