Position Summary

The Marketing Analytics Analyst II will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role will play a crucial part in driving data-informed decision-making and improving our marketing ROI.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources including Google Analytics, paid advertising platforms, and social media.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and analyze customer experience metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction surveys, and other CX analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Education/Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or similar role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Extensive experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with customer experience metrics, including NPS, survey design, and CX analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Eloqua).
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with the firearms industry and related regulations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Project management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning.

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
  • Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
