You’ll make an impact by

• Collaborating with senior engineers, field teams, and key customers on advanced product development and research.
• Ensuring the functional quality and reliability of released products across all required platforms.
• Driving software development projects from concept to implementation.
• Mentoring and guiding engineering teams, providing technical leadership.
• Contributing to the design, development, and optimization of complex software solutions.
• Working independently while maintaining high levels of trust, motivation, and accountability.
• Engaging in creative, engineering-oriented research within Calibre 3DIC technology.

Your defining qualities

• Proven experience in software engineering in the EDA industry.
• Strong proficiency in C++.
• Experience working with layout tools (IC Validator, Custom Compiler, Pegasus, Spectre, Virtuoso, Eldo, DRC/LVS, IC Compiler II, StarRC).
• Solid understanding of back-end flows (Timing Analysis, Place & Route, Extraction, Physical Verification, Parasitic Extraction).

The pay range for these positions is $129,600 - $324,700 annually with a target incentive of 5-25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
