Role: Graphic Designer
We're hiring a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own all visual touchpoints—from 100+ page instruction manuals to high-converting social ads, email graphics, and packaging. You'll play a critical role in making our brand look polished, clear, and conversion-focused across every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design long-form instruction manuals in InDesign with accuracy and consistency.
- Create on-brand visuals for email, social (paid + organic), and website promos.
- Develop packaging that meets brand and print specifications.
- Ensure all designs communicate clearly and support customer conversion.
- Take initiative: identify missing assets, improve templates, and act without being told.
Requirements

- Design Eye: Strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, and branding that elevates our customer experience.
- Conversion-Focused: Designs that don't just look good, but clearly communicate the message and drive action.
- Detail-Oriented: Catches small layout or copy issues before they go out; nothing slips through the cracks.
- Self-Directed: Takes initiative and moves projects forward without needing to be micromanaged.
- Ownership Mentality: Goes above and beyond, always looking for ways to improve assets, systems, or processes.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with high-converting DTC brands.
- Experience designing long-form or instructional content (manuals, guides, etc.)
