As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of strategic initiatives, drive content-led go-to-market strategies, and lead independent projects that enhance our brand positioning and sales enablement efforts.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, adoption, and competitive differentiation. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to ensure that our messaging resonates with key audiences and is supported by data-driven insights. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong content development skills, and the ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Content & Messaging: Develop and own messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and content that effectively communicate Shufti’s value proposition.
- Product Launch Leadership: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product features and updates, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence materials that empower the sales team to win deals.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and synthesize customer feedback to refine marketing strategy.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization: Track and analyze key product marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine content and campaign strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to ensure consistency in messaging and market approach.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the identity verification, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity industry is a must.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives independently.
- Strong storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- High emotional intelligence, including empathy, collaboration, and strong social skills for effective cross-team alignment.
- Experience with HubSpot and CRM systems is a plus.
