Job Description:
1、Combine UX design and user/consumer research to create seamless and user-centric digital experiences.
2、Create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps based on research findings. Use knowledge of user needs to create empathy for users and build common ground with appropriate stakeholders.
3、Design intuitive user interfaces based on user needs, business goals, and research findings.
4、Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
5、Work with cross-functional partners on product direction based on research findings or designs. Able to follow up with partners about implementation to understand how findings or designs are being used.
6、Review, analyze, and communicate mixed methods data to generate tactical and strategic insights, as well as actionable recommendations which drive product innovation and design improvements for users.
7、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1、Plan and conduct user/consumer research studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
2、Create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps based on research findings.
3、Design user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
4、Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
5、Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.
Requirements:
1、Proven design experience in the Fashion, Beauty, Health, and Home industries.
2、Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and user research methods.
3、Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
4、Experience with user & consumer research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
5、Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, story-telling abilities and facilitation skills.
6、Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, user behaviour, and trends in these sectors.
7、Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
