Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Head – Marketing, Branding & Automation to lead the institute's marketing strategy and build a robust admission generation ecosystem. This role goes beyond social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating structured lead generation systems, implementing CRM and automation processes, improving inquiry-to-admission conversion, and enhancing SIRE's brand visibility and credibility across Ahmedabad and Gujarat. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of branding, admission funnels, automation tools, CRM management, lead nurturing, outreach campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for SIRE.
- Define and strengthen the institute's brand positioning in the real estate education sector.
- Build marketing systems that generate high-quality inquiries and admissions.
- Improve brand visibility through online and offline initiatives.
Admission Funnel Management
- Design and optimize the complete student acquisition journey.
- Track and improve conversion at every stage:

- Identify and reduce lead leakage points.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Establish And Manage CRM-driven Workflows And Automation Systems, Including

Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Growth, Marketing Operations, or Business Development. Proven experience in building lead generation and conversion systems. Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnel management.
