You will lead a team of inbound and outbound BDRs who drive pipeline Shipwell’s platform solution across key markets and verticals. The BDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ongoing training/ enablement and performance of the team. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing, but collaborates closely across sales and marketing to maximize the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities.

Shipwell knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Shipwell platform, market positioning, competitive set, and target audience that you will translate into training material to enable BDRs across the sales cycle (scripts, emails, etc).
Continually capture learnings from prospect and customer interactions as well as feedback down funnel from AEs to revise positioning and targeting strategy
Sales acumen: Hire, train and onboard new team members to ensure the team operates at a high level. Provide day-to-day coaching including weekly 1:1 meetings with all team members and conduct weekly shadow sessions
