About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who loves solving complex, real-world problems. You’ll design for ship crews and shore-based fleet managers, taking flows from the first question to the final solution while handling the challenges of the maritime world. Curiosity and a drive to understand things deeply are a must; you’ll need them to get to the bottom of what users really need. This is a remote role working directly with our Product Design lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product flows end to end, from discovery to developer handoff
• Dive deep into user processes and challenge assumptions
• Use AI tools to explore, prototype and validate ideas quickly
• Present and explain your design decisions to teams and managers
• Work closely with Product, R&D and Customer Success
• Keep our Figma files and design system organized and scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of complex flows
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely: you manage your own time, flag blockers early and keep others updated
• Excellent Figma skills and a well-organized way of working
• Hands-on experience with AI tools; Claude is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Critical thinker who is open to feedback and loves to learn
• B2B, SaaS or data-heavy product experience is an advantage
