About the Role
Shibumi is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee and execute key initiatives that bring our brand to life across multiple channels. This role requires a highly organized and collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage projects across digital marketing, wholesale, influencer partnerships, PR, and affiliate programs. You will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage marketing initiatives across digital, wholesale, influencer, PR, and affiliate channels.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional approvals to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create assets for new products (packaging, inserts etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and produce photo and video shoots.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the marketing team, creative team, product team, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with agency partners, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
- Support communication between stakeholders to align marketing priorities and resources.
Process & Organization
- Own project management tools (Trello, Google Suite, Figma) to keep workflows efficient and transparent.
- Help establish and refine marketing processes to streamline operations and ensure scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Curious, innovative, and endlessly inspired by consumers and culture.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively partner with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance data and turn insights into action.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Google Suite, and Figma.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for creative and operational tasks
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a keen attention to detail.
- Skilled in crafting compelling copy and building narratives that engage and inspire audiences.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment, balancing autonomy with strong collaboration across teams.
- Proven flexibility and composure in managing quick-turn projects while maintaining attention to detail.
