Sherweb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing to drive online visibility, lead generation and revenue growth through comprehensive paid search, display, video and social campaigns. This role involves developing and executing expansion and experimentation strategies, optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights and ensuring cost-efficient lead generation. The ideal candidate will communicate key performance trends across teams, set and track KPIs, build reports and dashboards, and stay ahead of industry developments to integrate emerging technologies into paid media strategies. A deep understanding of analytics, user funnels and testing methodologies is essential to continuously refine and expand the SEM program for maximum impact.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role
- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive paid search, display, video and social strategies to improve online visibility, drive qualified leads and increase revenue.
- Lead and implement an expansion and experimentation strategy to deepen market insights, increase efficiency and expand paid search reach.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, provide insights and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency, lead quality and cost per lead.
- Communicate channel performance, progress and insights across teams to uncover new opportunities and enhance business impact.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly report on campaign performance, provide actionable insights to stakeholders and build ad-hoc reports and dashboards across multiple SEM and SMM data sources.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats and emerging technologies, incorporating them into paid media strategies.
- Implement a data-driven approach with a comprehensive grasp of analytics, user funnels, and testing methodologies to contribute to SEM program growth by proactively identifying opportunities and acting on them.
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Check and review all the content being advertised complies with advertising best practices and standards.
- Work closely with Creative team to develop high-performing ad assets/creatives/content.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- 5+ years of experience in paid digital media buying with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels, regions, languages and multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Certification in Google Advertising Suite (Google Ads, Display, Video, Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Experience with end-to-end campaign setup and management, creative strategy, analytics, measurements and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in campaign optimizations, budget/bid management with a focus on ROAS, experimentation & A/B testing, keyword and competitive research, targeting and audience creation, conversion rate optimization and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preference given to candidates with in-house Paid Advertising experience in a SaaS, IT and technology environment.
- Proficiency in analytics and optimization tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Tag Assistant, with a solid understanding of performance tracking and attribution.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying analytical insights to diverse audiences, alongside the ability to work independently and proactively in ambiguous situations.
- Hands-on platform experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, including experience with biddable/performance media, paid search, display, video and paid social media platforms.
