_Location: Work from Anywhere (Canada)

_Sherweb is seeking a Senior Marketplace Solutions Marketing Manager to manage the marketing relationship with our 3rd party vendors, positioning of our marketplace including Sherweb’s proprietary products. This is a revenue and growth focused role with heavy emphasis on product awareness, product adoption and vendor management.

This role will lead the strategy for our marketplace expansion objectives within the Marketing Organization and is also responsible for co-marketing activities and other programs that arise.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and implement the marketplace solutions strategy for customer revenue growth and expansion of third-party solutions, measured by an increase in ARPU and product penetration rate.
  • Collaborate with dedicated marketing team resources, including growth marketing, copywriters, and designers, to bring initiatives from idea to execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with counterparts in other teams to manage the relationship with our growing list of 3rd party vendors to align strategies and execute on marketing initiatives and programs targeting our customer base.
  • Develop programs that support product awareness and product adoption.
  • Lead thought leadership campaigns to position Sherweb beyond Microsoft products with expertise in diverse solutions.
  • Develop customer education initiatives that provide valuable insights and resources to help customers scale, primarily by expanding their Security and Continuity practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, own, and manage the marketing relationship with 3rd party vendors including the planning and execution of co-marketing activities and other funding initiatives.
  • Build compelling briefs inspired by data and customer insights, clearly articulating business and marketing objectives, targets, key messages, and measures of success.
  • Track results and optimize channel marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the partner acquisition marketing leader to expose and leverage key campaigns and/or assets in our partner recruitment strategies and execution.

Here’s what you need to have and master to get the job:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in relevant Marketing fields (PMM, channel marketing, customer marketing)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a senior-titled role.
  • A career focused in the B2B technology sector within B2B tech or SaaS,
  • Experience working with multiple external vendors
  • Be comfortable leading through ambiguity
  • Cross functional influence – able to lead without authority and align teams around a common GTM/Roadmap vision
  • Flawless written communication in English is required
  • Familiarity and strong interest in IT audience and IT solution market (Security & Continuity an advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
