We are open to hiring the role at Growth Lead to Head of Growth level depending on your experience and level. We are looking for the right person and skills to help take our brand to the next level!
Job Description:
As our Head of Growth, you will not only manage but actively participate in all marketing channels, vigorously driving performance and hands-on in devising and executing strategies to reach and engage our target audience. You will be personally involved in setting and hitting CAC/ROAS targets. You won't just be identifying innovative methods of reaching customers - you'll be the one turning those ideas into reality, implementing them on the ground level. Your role is not only strategic but also tactical, blending high-level thinking with sleeves-rolled-up action.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Lead the development, execution and reporting of best in class paid media campaigns across digital channels; Meta, Google (YouTube & Search), TikTok & Affiliate.
- Drive recommendations for the strategic direction and tactical execution of paid media, including bidding methodology, ad copy & landing page testing, audience strategy & extensive creative testing.
- Building on Sheep Inc.’s innovative AI driven content approach to create creative testing frameworks to iterate and ever-optimise content with the creative team.
- Develop and own the experimentation framework for all paid media activity. Develop experiment ideas with the team and prioritise based on impact and feasibility.
Data & Reporting:
- Champion a data driven and an experimental growth culture. Using data to find optimisation opportunities and improve the efficiency of our campaigns.
- Personally handle analytics and reporting, evaluate campaign performances, and make necessary adjustments.
Develop and Manage CRM:
- Collaborate with the wider team and internal CRM specialist on refining a customer-centric CRM program that integrates into wider channel strategy.
- Implement techniques to increase customer spend and retention and re-engage inactive customers.
Website Optimization:
- Get involved in UX design, run A/B tests, and implement changes to improve conversion rates. Regularly review and update website content to ensure it's relevant and personalised.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with specialist agencies, freelancers, and in-house staff. Be hands-on in driving growth, using the allocated budget to optimise all facets of performance marketing.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
- Proven experience driving growth, preferably within a scale-up brand, ideally luxury, ecommerce, & DTC brands.
- An excellent performance marketer, you have strong hands-on experience as well as strategic knowledge.
- You understand how wider growth marketing mix and how performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation & lifecycle marketing all pull together.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies, as well as performance metrics. • Familiarity, passion and interest in sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking to devise new innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
