The responsibilities of a Risk Adjustment Team Leads, Outpatient ED Trainer, and Inpatient Quality Analysts are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for supervising Quality Assurance Auditors and ensures accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improve clinical operations standards
• Must have proven ability to lead a diverse team of clinical quality analyst
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a medical allied course graduate
• With active coding certification (CPC/CRC)
• At least 2 years of Risk Adjustment/Outpatient ED/Inpatient coding experience
• At least 1-2years of SME/Team Lead/Trainer/Auditing experience
