About the Role

We are seeking Inpatient Coding Quality Analysts & Auditors to join the Shearwater Health team. This is a full time, remote role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

• 150K Sign-On Bonus (for selected accounts)

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in auditing and refining inpatient coding to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Work within a high-performing team dedicated to optimizing clinical workflows and elevating patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of BS Nursing with active PRC license
• Must have an active medical coding certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), OR Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC)
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in inpatient medical coding; preferably with audit experience
