About the Job
Shared Drive is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our growing team and help lead the day-to-day strategy, execution, and performance of marketing across our client portfolio.
We support homebuilders and businesses across the country with integrated marketing, branding, digital strategy, technology, and online sales support designed to create stronger customer journeys and measurable business results.
At Shared Drive, we believe strong marketing leadership goes beyond managing deliverables. It requires understanding the bigger picture, identifying what is working and what is not, developing people, making confident decisions, and turning strategy into action.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, lead client conversations, coach a team, evaluate performance, and take meaningful ownership of the work.
About the Role
As Marketing Director, you will lead marketing strategy for assigned client accounts while providing strategic oversight across the broader Shared Drive client portfolio.
You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to translate high-level strategic direction into clear, executable plans while taking ownership of the day-to-day decisions, coaching, quality control, client communication, and problem-solving required to move marketing initiatives forward.
This role requires someone who understands how brand, content, digital marketing, websites, email, social media, paid advertising, CRM, automation, creative, lead generation, and the customer journey work together as part of one integrated strategy.
You should be equally comfortable reviewing a marketing strategy, coaching a team member, evaluating campaign performance, leading a client discussion, identifying a breakdown in execution, and determining what needs to happen next.
Marketing leadership experience is required. Agency and homebuilding experience are strongly preferred.

- Help establish repeatable quality assurance and review processes.
Marketing Performance & Analytics
- Monitor client marketing performance against meaningful KPIs.
