Position: Director of Marketing
SLG is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven professional to lead and manage its marketing department. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee all marketing initiatives, driving high-volume B2C lead generation across multiple mass tort case types.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, TV, and radio.
- Oversee PPC, social media, display, retargeting, and email campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Scale and manage affiliate marketing programs, including recruiting, optimizing, and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Analyze campaign performance, focusing on CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Supervise content creation, including ad creatives, promotional materials, and website content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and similar programs.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, monitoring trends, and optimizing organic search strategies.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s online reputation through monitoring and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Evaluate proposals and performance of external marketing agencies and SEO partners.
- Provide weekly performance reports, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel & CAPIs, and Salesforce reporting.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay ahead of marketing trends
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in high-volume B2C lead generation.
- Legal marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong expertise in PPC, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with the ability to recruit and optimize partner relationships.
- Experience in managing TV and radio advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools and analytical platforms.
- Ability to create and optimize marketing creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting skills for marketing content.
- Highly analytical with expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field.
- High-energy, self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
