Job Title: Project Management - Marketing/Sales Operations
Duration: 12 Months+ (Possible extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Description:
Remote position (If local, prefer 1-2 times a week in person starting in Sept.)
This individual will collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional areas, specifically Corporate Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and the other team members of the Marketing Operations department.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead operational support to sales and marketing brand teams for speaker programs, exhibits & displays, and other tactics as needed.
- Lead assigned projects, create timelines, and provide regular status updates
- Partner with Corporate Compliance and Speaker Program Operations to assist with monitoring and transparency initiatives as they relate to speaker program management.
- Partner with Compliance and Sales Training to execute speaker program and exhibit & displays process(es) and system training to sales, marketing, and external vendor partners.
- Manage field and marketing inquiries, general team inbox messages, partner with Business Operations to support field inquiries calls to the business line, and work closely with compliance, legal, and the speaker programs team to ensure proper direction.
- Manage timely approval and payment of SOWs/POs for marketing operations vendor partners through company systems.
- Implement other support functions and projects as assigned by the manager.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Marketing/Sales Operations functions such as Samples, Fleet, Credentialing, Exhibits & Displays, Speaker Programs, Material Review Process (MAP/MRL), etc.
- Writing and editing communications/presentations
- Digital Literacy and Technological Proficiency (including MS Suite, AI, Veeva Events system
- Veeva Vault Materials Approval Process System, SharePoint, training systems, new platforms, etc.)
- Change Management & Training
